The suit states claims of constructive fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent hiring, supervision, and retention, and infliction of emotional distress. Leto Copeley, along with co-counsel Seth H. Langson of Charlotte, filed a lawsuit on behalf of a female patient against a chiropractor and his clinic. The lawsuit alleges that the chiropractor touched the woman in a sexually inappropriate manner, after he asked her to come to his office after hours for a special treatment session. In the complaint the attorneys contend that the chiropractor’s actions violate the standard of care for chiropractors.
